TERMS OF SERVICE: THE INVESTOR’S REMIX

Effective Date: April 27, 2026 Ownership: Remix Financial Equity LLC (“the Company”)

Welcome to The Investor’s Remix. By accessing our platform, using the "7-Figure Setlist" framework, or interacting with our digital tools, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please cut the power and exit the venue immediately.

SECTION 1: THE OPENING ACT (Educational Disclosure)

This is a soundcheck, not a brokerage. The Investor’s Remix is an educational platform designed to provide financial literacy through a proprietary "Remix" framework.

  • Not Financial Advice: We do not manage your money, and we are not your Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). We provide the tools; you provide the strategy. We teach you how to mix the tracks, but you are the lead performer in your financial life.

  • Data Sources: All insights, projections, and "remixes" are based on two factors: (1) information you manually input and (2) data provided by third-party APIs, including AlphaVantage. While we strive for "Clean Audio" (accurate data), we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party market data.

  • Research Use Only: All tools, including the Debt Remix, Quantum Remix, and Encore Legacy tools, are for illustrative and research purposes only.

SECTION 2: THE MASTER RECORDING (Intellectual Property)

We own the masters. Remix Financial Equity LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in the unique "setlist" of technologies that power this platform.

  • Proprietary Framework: The "7-Figure Setlist" framework, the specific logic and sequencing of the "6 Tracks," and the "Calculated Chaos" UI/UX aesthetic are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

  • No Sampling or Reverse Engineering: You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering our React codebase, Firebase architecture, or proprietary algorithms. Any attempt to scrape our logic or "sample" our tools to build a competing product will be met with immediate legal action.

  • Feedback License: If you provide "Liner Notes" (feedback or suggestions), you grant the Company a perpetual, royalty-free license to use those ideas to improve our tools. We own the final cut.

SECTION 3: THE GUEST LIST (User Conduct)

Personal listening only. Access to the "Remix" is granted for individual, non-commercial use.

  • No Commercial Use: You agree not to use these tools for commercial gain. Professional financial advisors or accountants are strictly prohibited from using our "Tracks" to charge their own clients for services without an explicit commercial license from the Company.

  • Account Integrity: You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Each account is a solo act; do not share your backstage pass with others.

SECTION 4: THE FINAL SET (Termination & Liability)

We reserve the right to cut the mic. The Company maintains total control over the platform's availability.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to "cut the power" (suspend or terminate your account) at any time, for any reason, without notice—especially if we detect "distortion" (misuse or breach of these terms).

  • Hold Harmless: Investing involves risk. Markets drop, and interest rates shift. You agree to hold Remix Financial Equity LLC, its officers, and Professor Akari harmless from any financial losses, tax penalties, or RMD miscalculations resulting from your use of the tools.

  • Calculations: Our RMD, tax, and income estimators provide estimates only. You are responsible for verifying all final numbers with a qualified tax professional or the IRS.

SECTION 5: GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

The Investor’s Remix is mixed and mastered in the State of Illinois. These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

SECTION 6: PRIVACY & DATA

By using the tools, you acknowledge that we use Firebase Authentication to save your progress. We collect your email address solely to maintain your "Setlist" progress. We do not sell your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
